Ohio Nude Lawyer Wins Court Victory

An Ohio prosecutor who lost his job for taking a nude nighttime stroll in a government building has won a court victory. Scott Blauvelt was charged with public indecency, even though nobody saw his nude walk in person, only on a security camera.

“These issues are in the past for Scott,” (lawyer Mike) Gmoser said Thursday. “The city didn’t take the time to fully analyze what was causing this behavior. They just looked at the bizarreness of the behavior and said, ‘Oh my God, we’ve got to fire this guy.’

While it's good that he will not be prosecuted as a sex offender, it's unfortunate that they had to use the "medication and depression" card to defend him.
